A complete DNA paternity test can be arranged quickly and easily by phone, fax, mail, or online.

Appointments by Phone:
Appointments at any of Genetrack's 400 locations across Canada can be arranged by phone. The national appointment number is 1-888-828-1899, or (604) 325-7282. Genetrack's DNA coordinators will answer any questions and schedule appointments for testing. Appointments can usually be arranged for the same or next day.

Appointments by Fax:
Appointments can be arranged by faxing the completed Laboratory Requisition Form to Genetrack at 1-888-655-8877. All faxes received before 3PM are processed the same day. All faxes received after 3PM are processed by 10AM the next business day.

Appointments by Mail:
To schedule an appointment by mail, download the Laboratory Requisition Form and send the completed form to Genetrack by mail or courier. Genetrack's paternity advisers will contact you directly with the appointment time and date.

Schedule an Appointment Online:
Appointments at any of Genetrack's facilities can be scheduled online at any time using Genetrack's online booking form. All requisitions received online are processed immediately.
